Mix and Match is THE most social competition of lindy hop ! 🤗
Individual registration, couples randomly matched to unknown music
The competition will happen on saturday, feb 17th 2024
- Prelims : Saturday from 6pm to 6.45pm
📍Studio STS (25 rue Petion)
- Finals : Saturday (around 11pm)
📍 Pavillon le Chesnaie du Roy (102 route de la Pyramide, 75012 Paris)
🎟 5 euros per person to enter the contest (to be paid at the event)

Here's a special competition bringing to light the art of switching from one role to another :-)
Couple registration, dancing to unknown music
The competition will happen on friday, feb 16th 2023 (around 11pm)
- Finals will be hosted Friday at the Pavillon le Chesnaie du Roy (102 route de la Pyramide, 75012 Paris) during the party (around 10.45pm)
- If needed, prelims will be held friday end of afternoon at the STS studio

Short Showcase
Short showcases is a big part of the history of the Lindylicious festival ! 🤗
The competition will be hosted on Sunday, feb 18th 2023 at the Chalet du Lac (around 9.45pm).
- Duration of songs (and numbers) is between 30 seconds and one minute
- Spots are limited, so if you register, please commit to perform at the event
- 1 to 10 dancers max per number
- All dances are allowed to enter the competition as long as their are danced to Jazz music (all kinds of jazz are allowed).

🎶 Musics must be sent by email at 📩 lindylicious.competitions@gmail.com, maximum 10 days before the event at the latest.
IMPORTANT : Music must be already edited when sent, as the DJ won't be responsible for fading out the music at the event.
🆕 The Jazz Exploration Team Competition
Oh boy, aren't we excited about this one !
This is the new idea of the Lindylicious organizers team for 2024, and inspired by Upside Down Festival.
The competition will be hosted on Saturday, feb 17th 2023 at the Chesnaie du Roy (around Midnight).
- Teams must be composed of 3 to 6 members - Create your team of various talents (fast dancing, slow dancing, aerials, pre-swing dancing, mambo....)
- There will be different challenges thrown, from "very fast lindy hop" to "slow swing music", to "hard bop music", to "throw your best rhythms"...
- Everytime, each team choose who she sends in the "arena" 🤗 Select your team with multiple skills !
- It will be a BATTLE FORMAT
